Youth and Education

Getting children and young people active in school and in our communities

Throughout our youth, our early experiences play a big part in shaping our relationship with physical activity throughout our lives.

Developing an appreciation for sport and physical activity at a young age is key to helping young people get on track to lead an active lifestyle.

There are many factors that can impact how active children and young people are. We want young people to develop positive activity habits within their daily lives.

This means being active at home, at school, during playtime, and as part of their school journeys. These activity habits then become a routine that feels normal to carry on with as they grow.

We work with a wide range of organisations and settings that influence the lives of young people. We want to work together to support more young people to have positive experiences of physical activity.
